How to Enter an Employee into the VMS Program:
 
1.    Click on the Add button 
 and choose Add Employee.
| 2. | Enter the User ID that matches the network login ID for each user. The system automatically defines the user's security privileges based on the ID entered. | 
| 3. | Enter a Password for the employee, or click the Generate Password   button to allow the computer to generate a password (highly recommended). This password will be used for web access and, if the system is defined, to force the employee to log into VMS.  | 
| 4. | Checking the Property Link box links employees to specific properties, and limits the employee access in the system to those specific properties. | 
| 5. | Checking the No Web Access box restricts an employee from making modifications to the association websites. | 
| 6. | The Type category is used to define the department or area of work for an employee. | 
| 7. | Employees can be placed into different Groupings, which may be referred to as pod 1, pod 2 or any other name chosen by the administrator. | 
| 8. | Signatures can be uploaded into VMS by selecting the browse   button. The uploaded image file should be 300x50 pixels. Press the Clear   button to clear the signature.  |
