Work Order

The Work Order Application is used to create and track maintenance requests for common area or unit / account based issues.

 

Pre-configured Items are defined in a master list, then linked to each Property based on the maintenance items managed (pool, landscape, water pump).  The items are assigned to expense codes, which allows for the work order to become an AP voucher if desired.

 

The Work Order application is accessed through APPLICATIONS | Property Management Group | Work Order.
