In the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) tab, the user can search for answers to generic common questions within specific categories or within all categories.
The fields are further defined:

Property |
Displays the property relating to the question. |
Question |
Displays the common question. |
Subject |
Displays the generic subject of the common question. |
Document |
Displays the name of the document added. |
View |
Click to view document. |
Email |
Click to email. |
Answer |
Enter an answer a question. |
Category |
Select a category from the drop-down list. |
To Search for a FAQ:
1. Select a property from the drop-down menu.
2. Enter a search criteria and select a question category.
3. Click on the Find 
button to execute the search.
