The Architectural tab is used to add and manage architectural requests and current architectural records.
The fields are further defined:

Received |
Select the date the architectural request was received. |
Closed |
Select the date the architectural request was closed to close the request. |
Status |
Use the drop-down to select a status for this architectural. |
Employee |
Select the employee that entered this architectural request or record. |
Modification |
Enter a description of the modification to be made. |
Condition |
Enter conditions of this modification. |
How to Add a New Entry:
1. Click on the Add button or begin typing data into a empty field of the grid.
2. Right-click to delete a record.
3. To preview the grid information, click on the Print icon; the information can then be printed, if necessary.
