The Billing tab is used to manage billing information. The data displayed is based on how the property billing is defined (see Property Setup/HOA/Community/Billing).
The fields are further defined:

Displays the period the billing cycle is processed. |
Day |
Displays the day the billing item is posted. |
Begin Date |
Displays the billing date for the item. |
End Date |
Displays the ending date for the item is entered here. |
Posting Code |
Displays the is the posting code for the item. |
Type |
Displays the type of payment is selected here. |
Amount |
Displays the amount entered. |
Begin Range |
Displays the is the begin range for item. |
End Range |
Displays the ending range for item. |
