The Visitor tab is used to manage all allowed visitors and their related information.
Drag and drop column headers into the search bar to group information by that column.
The fields are further defined:

Description |
Visitor Name |
Enter the visitor name. |
Relationship |
Enter relationship to the resident. |
Allowed Day |
Enter the allowed day(s) for the visitor (i.e.: Mon, Tues, Fri, 1st of month, every Friday). |
Allowed Time |
Enter the allowed time for entry. |
Note |
Enter any applicable note about the visitor. |
How to Add a New Entry:
1. Click the Add icon or type the information into a empty section of the grid.
2. Right-click to delete a record.
3. To preview the grid information, click on the Print icon. The user can then print the information, if necessary.
