Why are my letters not printing? |
In general, most default letters require an employee defined as a leader because the letter might include the employee information. It is a Best Practice to select ONE employee as a letter through Property Setup. Note, defining more than ONE leader can cause the system to create multiple letters per delinquency, one for each defined leader. |
Why are my letters not being emailed to owners? |
If the Distribute delinquency process is defined to email the resident, the letter must include the email address |
