Why are my letters not printing?

In general, most default letters require an employee defined as a leader because the letter might include the employee information.  It is a Best Practice to select ONE employee as a letter through Property Setup.  Note, defining more than ONE leader can cause the system to create multiple letters per delinquency, one for each defined leader.

Why are my letters not being emailed to owners?

If the Distribute delinquency process is defined to email the resident, the letter must include the email address
