The Compliance sub-account can be automatically created when processing compliance letters and the property is setup by having a posting code defined for fines and in post fines separate checked in SETUP | Property Setup | Accounting tab | AR tab | Information tab:

 

•Post Fines Separate should be checked.

•Compliance Posting code should be selected.
