To setup a property in VMS, there are several areas that are essential to making the system work properly. The options selected in the following areas will determine what VMS does for each property. Once these areas are set up, they are usually left as they are for the remainder of the time. But in some cases, the settings can be modified to better accommodate a particular situation.
