Delinquency records can also be managed directly on the account that is delinquent. In this area, the user can manage open and closed cycles by expanding and reviewing them.

 

The Delinquency Control tab is accessed through APPLICATIONS | Account Maintenance Group | Account |  Select an account | Delinquency Control tab.
