VMSImport is a standalone utility that can be used to import certain types of files into VMS to avoid manual data entry. Even though it is a standalone app, VMS Windows must be installed and functional on the a 64-bit workstation prior to using VMS Import.

 

It is mainly used to add a new property into VMS and/or update existing unit/resident information.

 

The files to be imported can be entered in an Excel spreadsheet, and then saved as a .csv file. The VMSImport Sample Spreadsheet can be found in the VMS Help side-panel.
