There are several work order reports available in the system. They can be printed or sent to anyone who needs details of the work order. Here are a few reports available:

 

oAP Work Order: Designed to be given/sent to the vendor with the details of the work order.

oAP Work Order Log: Designed to print a list of work orders with Notes that were entered into the work order.

oAP Work Order Log Summary: Designed to print a list of work orders without Notes

 

Parameters can be added to these reports to narrow down information:

 

oWork Order Type

oWork Order Status

oFor a Vendor

oOpen vs Closed Work Orders
