This manual contains detailed instructions for operating the Village Management Software (VMS) program. The user will be guided through this multi-functional property management system both for initial setup and day-to-day maintenance and operations.

 

The special features outlined in the next section (Special Features of VMS) are integral to many processes of the program. Therefore, it is strongly advised that each user read and become familiar with these features before attempting to operate VMS.

 

Due to standardized procedures, certain areas of the VMS program are very similar to one another. In these cases, users will be asked to link back to a previous section for information on that topic.
