The Information tab defines the basic information about the property website.
The fields are further defined:

Board Review |
Select this option if the board is required to review any website content entered by residents that will be publicly available (only certain modules use this option, as most of the data entered online by residents is not designed for public display). |
Contract Date |
Used if contracts are executed to use the website software as a way to generate revenue. The field can be used to create reports to determine when contracts are nearing expiration. The system will prevent login access to owners on or after the date entered if the field is checked. |
Host Name |
Enter the host name of the property website, if managed by the management company. For example: www.yourpropertymanagement.com |
Information |
Used to display a message on the home page of the property website. HTML can be used when entering the information. |
Local Folder |
The name of the folder created for this property on the main website server. This folder name MUST be unique from all other properties and should be a complex, random name in order to protect the contents of the folder from potential outside hacking attempts. |
URL |
Enter the full URL of the property website. For example: http://www.yourpropertymanagement.com |
Skip Emails |
Set this to slip email generation out of VMS for users. |
Style Sheet |
By using the Browse icon to the right of the Name, select the style sheet used to define the characteristics of each property's site. This style sheet will determine the overall look and feel of the website to the end user. |
Logo |
Select the logo that will be used as the header for the property website. The logo should be a JPEG image with the following specifications: 780x110 |
Menu Options
These fields limit access to specific modules on the website and are further defined:

ACH Setup |
Allows the resident to input their ACH data and authorize online billing payments. |
Commerce |
Allows the commerce page to be displayed. |
Committee |
Grants the committee access online. |
Contact Modification |
Sets the level of access allowed to residents. Regardless of the setting, a resident can never change the unit address, only their mailing address:
No Modification: Does not allow residents to change their contact information
No Add: Does not allow residents to add new contacts, but they can change existing information
No Add or Delete: Does not allow residents to add new or deleting existing contacts, but they can change existing information
Full: Residents have full modification access |
Event Calendar |
Allows the community event calendar to be displayed online. |
FAQ |
Allows frequently asked questions about the community to be displayed online. |
Multi Link |
Allows owners to link multiple owned units to one primary online account. |
Survey |
Allows online surveys. |
Web Ad |
Allows online web ads. |
Web Form |
Allows online web forms. |
Work Order Definition
