The Report module creates property management reports through the Report Generator. The Report Generator gives a user full access to all groups defined, without limitation. In order to increase efficiency, report groups can be defined for each module. VMS utilizes report templates to generate letters, reports, coupons and statements. There are hundreds of templates, but each can be customized by the user to improve the appearance of the rendered information (see: Setup/Report Groups and Selection Parameters).
