The Residents tab must be defined to allow the property management company to sell items such as CC&R's and pool keys to residents via the Web.
The fields are further defined:

Select a category relating to the resident item as defined in the previous section: Setup/Program Defaults/Codes Items Category. |

Select the type of document associated with this resident item. |
Download |
Select if this resident item can be downloaded via the web. |
Taxable |
Select if this resident item is taxable. |
