The Commerce tab must be defined to allow the property management company to sell items (i.e.: sellers' packages, disclosure documents) to third parties such as title companies via the Web.
The fields are further defined:

Enter a description relating to the identifier. |

Select a category relating to the commerce item as defined in the previous section: Setup/Program Defaults/Codes Items Category. |

Enter the cost associated with the item. |
Document |
Select the type of document associated with this commerce item. |
Download |
Check this box if this commerce item can be downloaded via the web |
Taxable |
Check this box if this commerce item is taxable. |
