There are specialized Web Forms used by the system for specific areas of the website. These forms are defined by Type and are further defined in the Information section. For example, the Compliance type allows a resident to enter a response to a compliance letter using the website instead of filling it out by hand and sending in the mail. When this Web Form is filled out and submitted via the website, the program will automatically enter the response information as a note to the selected compliance and forward it to the selected email correspondent for further handling.
