The Accounting tab is where the Chart of Accounts and AR areas will be defined. It is important that each tab or functionality is entered correctly for the software to function properly.
ACCOUNTING Tab
The Accounting section is accessed through SETUP | Property Group | Property Setup | Accounting.
INFORMATION Tab
This tab is used to setup the various options for the accounting system.
There are a couple of necessary fields for the GL to operate:
1. General Information: Tax ID #
2. Annual Information: Annual Accounting Period
