AP Maintenance has some additional features available depending on how much access the user has been granted in Accounts Payable application. The following options may be available when the user right-clicks on the voucher:

Delete Voucher |
When selected, the system will delete the voucher and all its detail. |
Unapprove Voucher |
When selected, the Approved box will be unchecked to allow the use to approve again later, if needed, make changes to the voucher's information, or to delete voucher entirely. |
Void Voucher |
When selected, the system will void the voucher and any payments linked to it. |
