As previously mentioned, there are three levels of billing, which include Account, Community and Unit.

 

▪Account billing is specific to the resident (owner, tenant, etc) in the account. This billing record will only bill to the resident as long as they are attached to the unit as an active account (see Account Billing)

▪Community billing posts assessments to all accounts linked to units within a community (see Community Billing)

▪Unit billing is specific to the unit (see Unit Billing)
