The system allows emails to be sent to any contact on an account as long as there is an email address entered in the contact record. The user is able to:
▪Send blast emails to one property or multiple properties: The email can be sent to all owners with an email address on file or it can be sent only to homeowners that meet certain criteria determined by the user.
▪Send emails to a contact on an account: Within a unit account, the user can email any contact listed on the account if they have an email address on file.
▪Email a report to a contact on an account: Within a unit account, the user can select reports to be emailed to a contact.
