CLASS NINE: Report Generator and FileFusion

FileFusion is the process of merging combined reports and iXpert PDF documents into a single merged PDF file, using a Report Group, Report Generator, and VMSQueue to manage the combined PDF. This allows users to create a complete financial package for delivery to the property.

FileFusion includes five report templates available when adding reports to the Report Group, which are designed to print a separator page between each set of reports within the financial package. They are:

Title Section Page

AP Section Page

AR Section Page

GL Section Page

Property Section Page.

Another feature of this application is the iXpert report templates that are designed to extract unsecured PDF documents attached to notes within the various ares of VMS. Any PDF attachment within the AP, AR, GL, Property and Resident note records, to name a few, can be pulled into a FileFusion report group using these special iXpert report templates.
