To delete a note, a user must first be given access via Employee Management to be able to delete notes. Once access is given, the user can delete any notes within a resident's account.
How to delete a note:
1. Find the note within the resident's account that you need to delete.
2. Once the note is found, right-click within the note. A small menu will appear.
3. Select Delete Note.
4. A verification window will pop up.
5. Select Yes and the note will then disappear from the Notes area.
