The Account Maintenance module is used to maintain any accounts attached to units within each property.
To locate a resident account file, select the Find Record button (see: VMS/Special Features of VMS/Resident Search). |
Once an account record is located, the account information is loaded and displayed. There are two main areas of information on this screen, the top half contains the contact specific data and the bottom half defines various subsets of data, including prior account, account detail, ACH definition, specific account billing data, delinquency cycles and notes, which combined make up the accounting information. To display property management data, press the tool and the property management module will load with the current account selected, which will include architectural, compliance, membership and other unit specific information.
