This section explains the various fields found on the Compliance Maintenance screen.

 

 

Note

Many columns have a drop-down menu with predefined and configurable entries.

 

Compliance groupings can be changed by dragging column headers into the group bar.

 

Compliance records can be sorted by each column header.

The fields are further defined:

 

post button

Process Button

Used to process the compliance information into the system. Changes made in the system are not processed until this button is selected.

add button

Add Button  

Used to add compliance records into the system.

mass change button

Mass Change

Used to make mass changes in the system. Selecting this button brings up another pop-up screen which lets the user choose the options for the mass change.

filter button

Filter Button

Used to filter compliance information in the system. Clicking this button brings up another pop-up screen appears which lets the user set filter options (See Filtering/Mass Change).

UnitFind

Unit Find

Used to find information by unit number.

 

 

Note

There are two Print print button icons in this module. The icon on the top left-hand side of the screen is linked with a report group, as defined in Setup/Property Setup/Information - Report Information. The icon on the right-hand side prints the current data grid or if a processed compliance letter is selected within the grid the program will reprint the letter.

 

 

Expanded Sub-menu

 

This section explains the expanded sub-menu that appears when you click the plus sign (+) by each compliance record. This list will detail of all sequences that have occurred on each compliance record.

 

 

Note

Notes can be added to a compliance record by expanding the record using the plus sign (+), then entering any applicable information into the Note cell. You can also attach a digitized document by selecting the File cell and clicking the Add File add file icon in the cell. The user can then view the document by pressing the View button.

The fields on the screen are further defined:

 

Field

Description

Created

Displays date note was added.

Sequence

Displays the sequence action taken on this compliance.

Employee

Select the employee that entered this compliance.

Certified #

Enter any applicable certified numbers.

PCert

Place a check in this box to print a certified letter.

Label

Check this box to print a label for this sequence.

Freq

Enter the number of days between each sequence.

Fine

Enter the fine (dollar amount) associated with this compliance.

File

Attach files related to the compliance.

View

Use this button to view any attached file.

Action Date

Select date for next action on compliance.

Location

Enter the location for the sequence.

Note

Enter any notes for the compliance; Some notes will be system-generated when letters are created.
