This screen contains specific information relating to an HOA.

General Information

 

Use these fields to enter data unique to each HOA, such as contract information and inspection periods, or for reporting purposes.

 

Community and Property Information

 

Use these fields to enter specific information about each community. Selections in this category can include the date the project was completed, as well as how the property and communities should be defined. Examples of community types might be: Single-Family Houses or Townhouses; property types can include Independent, Master, and Sub Associations.

 

The Linked sub-communities drop-down menu is used to link communities managed by the same management company. For example, the management company manages a master association that has 15 sub-communities and the same management company manages several of those sub-communities. Once all properties are entered into the software, the user can link the sub-communities to the master association.

 

To link a community to the current property, click in a blank row within the Linked sub-communities grid, type of use the dropdown button to list all properties within the database.
