The information entered within the HOA tab is used to define specific communities within the property. No information from the *Master Template will transfer to this area. Specific HOA data will include: general information about the association, communities managed within the HOA, and resale disclosure. Resale disclosure information is used by the VMSXChange software, which allows third-party online document vendors such as CondoCerts to extract information from your system in real-time via the Internet.
