If the Find Box is not shown at the top of a grid, hold down the Ctrl key, then press the F key and release both keys. The Find Box should be shown. |
Users can create a custom toolbar known as the Quick Access Toolbar, which is shown directly above the Application tabs. For any Application Icon shown in the ribbon, right-click and select "Add to Quick Access Toolbar." The icon will be added to your custom toolbar and remain each time VMS is ran. |

Why does a grid not show all of the data? |
The Filter tool allows the user to create custom filters to manage the information within a grid. It is common for users to create filters, then click the Set Default button, which makes the defined parameters the standard filter whenever the application is accessed in the future, regardless of the property selected.
