The fields in the Information tab can only be edited when you have a delinquency cycle selected for the account, at that point the fields in the Information and Schedule tabs will be editable.
The Information tab is accessed through APPLICATIONS | Account Maintenance Group | Account | Select an account | Delinquency Control tab | Information tab.
In this area the users can track details related to resales, auctions, bankruptcies and Notice of Default/Sale. These fields are for reference or tracking purposes only. If needed, you can add them to custom letters or reports
