Reports

The report application is used to allow the user to create reports based on the Report Group defined for each Web Group the user is assigned to.

 

When the user selects the Reports application, the software will show all available report groups.  The user will expand a report group to show all available reports or use the Search box to find an available report:

The user creates a report by pressing the View button, which will display the export and parameter screen selections:

The Export and Output selections are shown for all reports.  The Export selection uses the defined export selection in Property Setup to allow the user to preview or email a selected report.  The Output selection uses the the defined output selections allowed through Property Setup.  Outputs include PDF, Excel, Text, etc.

 

Once the export, output and parameters are entered, the user presses Generate Report to create the report.
