The Telephone tab within the resident account holds all phone numbers related to the contact record. Multiple phone numbers can be entered for each contact record.
Telephone Types can be created by going to SETUP | Program Defaults | Codes tab | Program Area: Telephone Type.

Only phone numbers should be entered in the Telephone field using a standard and consistent format such as xxx-xxx-xxxx. |
