The Delinquency Control module is used to process late charges or delinquency processes to resident accounts. This module will allow the user to select a property(s) to process and automatically add any late charges to the resident account based on how the property billing is defined (see Property Setup/HOA/Community/Billing or Property Setup/Delinquency Control) or maintain current delinquency cycles for selected properties for all accounts,.
