The Coupon Maintenance module is used to compile information entered in A/R and through Property Setup in order to generate coupons and statements to residents. Coupons can either be printed in-house (see: Report/Report Generator) or be exported to a third-party coupon distribution vendor such as Southdata.

 

Before generating a coupon file, the user must define coupon parameters in the following sections:
