This module is used to add builders or developers to the property's community. The builders can then be assigned to units as owners for separate builder billing as necessary. To define a builder, see: Setup/Program Defaults/Builder Developer.

To add builders:

 

1.On the white area within the screen, right click and choose Add Builder from the drop-down menu.
2.Drag and drop the names of all builders needed.
3.Click on plus sign (+) to the left of each builder to expand the grid and add contact information.
