CLASS ELEVEN: VMS Web Portal

The VMSWeb system uses information added and / or defined for each property to dynamically build web portals for a resident logging into the main login page.

 

Communication is enhanced with VMSWeb by allowing the residents to see event calendars (defined for all residents or web groups), review reports, send emails to the management company, to the Board or other homeowners. Access can be given to the residents to change mailing addresses and / or modify Opt In notifications sent to the resident when information is added to their account. This allows residents to stay more aware of what is happening in their property.
